Would you like to participate ?!

Hello Everybody =)

As you may already know, we're having a Tea Party on the 12th of November at UNINE FLSH.

We'd love for you to participate and help us make it as great as it can be.

If you want to participate, have a look at the list below and tell us (either through the comments or via email) what it is you'd like to do.

We will try and keep the list as up to date as possible.

Food :
- Scones
- Pecan Pie - Sabrina
- Biscuits
- Cakes
- Sandwiches
- Butter & Jam
- ...

Beverage :
- Tea
- Milk
- Sugar
 ~~> Unless someone really wants to, we will take care of that !

 Other :
- kettle
- thermos
- decorations
- ...

We will bring the cutlery, napkins and plates as it's easier that way.

If you have any suggestion as to what we may have forgotten or what activity we may have during the tea party we'll be happy to hear about them =)

Tea Party !!!

Hello Everybody !

As some of you may already know, we will be having a Tea Party on the 12th of November from 3pm in the cafeteria.

We'd be really happy to meet you and to spend some time eating and drinking delicious things.

We plan on having scones and sandwiches as well as various sweet treats and of course plenty of tea !

Please tell us if you're coming (either in the comments or via email at unine.englishclub@gmail.com) so that we can plan the right amount of food and drink to satisfy everybody.

We hope that we will get to meet many of you there !

Summer Party | Yet Another Update

This is a little message from Sandrine, the new organiser of the Summer Party =)

A small amount of beer, soft drinks and crisps will be provided as well as cutlery and plates. 

Be sure to bring your own meat/vegetables to put on the grill! 

And bring some more drinks if you like!

Summer Party | Cancelled

Hello Everybody,

Due to the horrendous weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight we have no choice but to cancel the summer party.

Apparently it's been the tradition for the past few years but we're confident that we will manage to have a sunny summer party one year or another.

Summer Party / Lakeside BBQ

Hello Everybody =)

A bit of a late notice but better late than never, right ?!

We're having the traditional Summer Party next Tuesday, that is the 26th of May from 6.30 pm by the lakeside in front of the University.

(it will happen unless the weather prevents it)

We'll provide crisps, salads, a few soft drinks and possibly a couple of lake temperature beers as well as the barbecue.

Please bring your meat/veggie thing/whatever you want to put on the BBQ and a few more beers if you want to.

We're aware that a lot of you are starting to work on your exams but we'd be happy to have you even for 5 minutes.

Again, it would be very helpful for us to have a rough idea of how many of you are coming. Here's the new RSVP form :
